Hi all, Currently, I'm riding through Thailand on my UK to New Zealand cycle tour. Over the last month, I've broken 5 spokes on my rear wheel (spokes breaking in the middle). Rapidly running out of spare spokes. Been trying various bicycle shops along the way for replacement spokes but had no luck so far. As I'm on a 26inch wheel with Rohloff hub, it needs shorter than usual spoke lengths. Can anyone recommend any bicycle shops that have 234mm length of spokes? thanks in advance

Hello Mark, The problem you are encountering is quite common among folks using Rohloff hubs. Even round-the-world rider Mark Beaumont had similar problem. You will need to have the entire wheel rebuilt at your first opportunity with new spokes rather than replacing them one at a time, as they break.
